Job summary

Catalyx is seeking a Technical Coordinator to provide project coordination and operational support for site IT activities, serving as a backup to the IT Site Leader. You will help coordinate IT projects, infrastructure activities, and cross-functional dependencies to ensure technology initiatives run smoothly.

The role requires strong organizational instincts, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT project coordination or IT project management.
• Working knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, applications, networks, servers, cybersecurity, and end-user technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple IT projects and site technology initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Maintain project schedules, milestones, action items, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate project and technical meetings and ensure actions are documented, assigned, and followed through to completion.
