Job Title: Information Systems Technician (IT Tech)
Location: Pinnacle Bank Arena
Department: Operations
Reports To: Technology Supervisor
FLSA Status: PT – Hourly, Non‑Exempt

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, is seeking an IT Technician to support our IT & AV operations. The role is fast‑paced, with a diverse mix of concerts, sporting events, and other functions requiring a blend of IT and AV expertise.

Essential Duties

• Repair and inventory network equipment – PCs, laptops, peripherals, servers and switches.
• Provide basic graphic design support using Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
• Deliver help‑desk support for Windows desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook365 and other applications.
• Assist with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022/2025 management.
• Maintain VITEC EZTV Signage Director, DMPs and 300+ TVs; manage PBA WiFi networks and associated AP hardware/software.
• Support scoreboard/ribbon board systems (Daktronics/Analog Way) and Musco Sports lighting and sound equipment.
• Update and maintain Allo VoIP phone systems.
• Work extended or irregular hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends as required.
• Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to “do whatever it takes.”

Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware maintenance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Office products, basic routing, Cisco networking, and basic server maintenance.
• Experience with Cisco managed switch programming is a plus.
• Knowledge of technical construction and maintenance procedures, equipment, and tools.
• Understanding of event‑related services, facility capabilities, and technical requirements for the types of events held at the venue.
• Familiarity with building electrical, mechanical, and other systems.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and ability to follow instructions and collaborate with clients, staff, and vendors.
• Physical capability to climb, lift, carry, and stand for extended periods during events.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance to operate a motor vehicle in the United States.

Physical Demands

The role requires frequent movement around the facility, standing for long hours during events, hearing and speaking clearly, and sometimes working inside or outside the building during events.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year college or university plus at least two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
