Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Lead Onsite IT Technician to provide advanced technical support and leadership for Lennar Associates. You will mentor other technicians, guide troubleshooting, and ensure smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and AV equipment across multiple sites.

You will coordinate with departments and vendors, maintain best-practice documentation, and produce weekly status reports while managing escalations and complex incidents to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree and IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+ or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced advice, mentorship, and training to IT Technicians, guiding troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Lead by example in adopting and implementing best practices across the IT team.
• Coordinate with internal clients, departments, and third-party vendors to deliver technical solutions.
• Maintain and update ServiceNow tickets daily with accurate, reproducible details.
• Lead project planning for installation/configuration of technology equipment across divisions.
• Provide weekly status reports on activities and outstanding issues.
