Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, public administration, or allied field; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least ten (10) years of combined experience in systems development, systems analysis, database administration, IT project management, business analysis, or related.
• Demonstrated supervisory responsibilities with several years leading teams; strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and supervise a team of at least five technical positions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement IT solutions and priorities.
• Ensure compliance with ISD policies, processes, and security standards.
• Provide input on portfolio strategy and roadmaps; align with Enterprise Technology direction.
• Plan staffing, budget input, and coordination with other sections.
