Confluence Health in Washington state seeks an IT Engineer to support Enterprise Engineering under the IT Engineering Supervisor. The role focuses on leading operational activities, coordinating resources, and ensuring adherence to procedures across compute, storage, backup, virtualization, and datacenter environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in IT with 3+ years in systems or application engineering.
• Certifications such as VCTA, CCA, Azure Fundamentals, or M365 Fundamentals or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and responds to requests and incidents with timely updates.
• Creates and maintains systems documentation reflecting changes.
• Implements and designs cybersecurity efforts as identified by Information Security.
• Leads disaster recovery and major outage responses.
• Performs capacity planning, monitoring, and reporting.
