Job summary

TEKsystems in Charlotte, NC is expanding its Recruiting Center with a Recruiter Trainee program designed to train and elevate talent delivery specialists. You will start with hands-on onboarding and coaching, then progress to a Recruiter role focusing on sourcing IT consultants and delivering a world-class client experience.

You’ll build relationships, learn market trends, and leverage AI tools to identify top talent while earning a base salary plus weekly commissions and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience or Associate’s Degree with 3+ years in a customer-facing role
• Proven ability to network and build relationships while maintaining high ethical standards
• Strong written and oral communication skills and desire to learn and grow

Responsibilities

• Recruit IT consultants and serve as the main contact through the recruiting cycle
• Provide career coaching on market trends, labor rates, resume creation, and interviewing techniques
• Develop sourcing strategies using tools and AI insights to identify top talent
• Advise account managers and clients on skills availability, labor rates, and hiring timelines
• Negotiate compensation packages to meet client needs and attract talent
• Demonstrate knowledge in the aligned specialization
