TEKsystems is seeking a Recruiter Trainee who will begin with extensive hands-on training before moving into a Recruiter role. You will recruit top IT consultants, build relationships, coach talent on market trends, labor rates, and interviewing techniques, and leverage AI tools to enhance sourcing and decision-making.

You will work with account managers to advise on skill availability, labor rates, and hiring timelines, while negotiating compensation packages to meet client needs and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience or assoc. degree with 3+ years of full-time work experience OR 4 years of full-time customer-facing experience.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills; high ethical standards.
• Able to work in a commission-driven environment and pursue opportunistic roles.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Eagerness to learn and experiment to find best solutions.

Responsabilités

• Recruit top IT consultants and manage the full recruiting cycle; be the main contact for candidates.
• Build relationships with consultants; provide career coaching on market trends, rates, resumes, interviews and skills.
• Develop sourcing strategies using various tools, including in-house AI tools.
• Use AI-driven insights to make data-driven recruitment decisions.
• Advise account managers and clients on skill availability, rates, hiring location and timelines.
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract candidates for client needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge within the aligned specialization.
