TEKsystems is hiring a Recruiter Trainee to join our IT talent solutions team in the San Francisco or Los Angeles area. You'll train intensively and work with an Onboarding Coach before moving into a Recruiter role responsible for recruiting top IT consultants.

You'll build relationships, develop sourcing strategies, leverage AI insights, and advise clients on skills and timelines while earning a base salary with commissions and bonuses. TEKsystems offers extensive benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, military experience, or 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to network and build strong relationships with others while maintaining high ethical standards.
• Team-oriented and able to relate to diverse groups of people.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and experiment to find best solutions.

Responsabilités

• Recruit top IT consultants and manage the full recruiting cycle.
• Build relationships by providing career coaching on market trends, labor rates, resume, and interviewing.
• Develop sourcing strategies using tools and AI to find best talent.
• Use AI insights to drive data-informed decisions.
• Advise managers on skills availability, labor rates, locations, and onboarding timelines.
• Negotiate compensation packages to attract candidates.
• Demonstrate knowledge within the specialization area.
