Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Use ADP, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools to identify qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and coordinate interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding activities including background checks and start dates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance throughout hiring.

Key Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination as the Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Utilize ADP, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools to identify and attract qualified candidates as the Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring requirements, coordinate interviews, and facilitate candidate selection as the Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Organize and participate in hiring events while supporting recruitment marketing initiatives as the Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Conduct phone screenings, resume reviews, and candidate assessments to ensure alignment with hiring criteria as the Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Coordinate onboarding activities including background checks, drug screens, start dates, I-9 verification, and job-related training as the Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance throughout the hiring process as the Talent Acquisition Specialist
