Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for multiple positions and skill levels simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate and contract-supported positions, from requisitions to onboarding.
• Develop recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for government contract roles.
• Partner with program managers and leadership to understand staffing requirements and qualifications.
• Source candidates through job boards, networks, platforms, referrals, and industry channels.
• Coordinate screening, interviews, and reference checks with hiring managers; maintain compliant documentation.
• Manage employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding; ensure policy consistency.
