Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc in Chandler, AZ is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver day-to-day desktop and network support for a 600-user environment. You will configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows OS, Active Directory, and Office 365 across a heterogeneous setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of two years in an IT support environment.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for desktop hardware/software, network, and basic server infrastructure for 600+ users.
• Install/configure/troubleshoot Windows OS, workstations, and network equipment.
• Manage Active Directory objects and Windows imaging for deployments.
• Support Unix/Linux requests and contribute to IT/infrastructure projects.
• Deliver remote support for select users and travel to Microchip facilities as needed.
