Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• 2.5+ years in an applications or hardware customer-support role.
• Working knowledge of SAS/SATA, SCSI, PCIe/CXL, NVMe and related storage technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support SAS/SATA/NVMe protocol, RAID controller firmware, OS drivers, and management software.
• Support PCIe, security, and encryption technologies.
• Assist design wins, ramp production, and system bring‑up with increasing independence.
