Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install PC hardware and maintain inventory of PC hardware.
• Maintain computer hardware and local networks.
• Install, configure, manage, and train on software.
• Troubleshoot to resolve computer and network issues.
• Perform cabling for new computer systems.
• Maintain documentation for citywide systems.
• Provide helpdesk support for computer and network issues.
• Test and evaluate new technology.
