The main purpose of this full-time position will be to function as a member of the IT support team assigned to the MDH Vital Statistics Administration. This position will participate in the daily IT operations, such as supporting and troubleshooting the IT resources, systems, hardware and software, and completing assigned tickets. This position will also provide technical support and system administration. Additionally, this position will maintain the integrity and security of OET IT assets.
Experience: Seven years of experience designing, developing, testing, implementing and maintaining application, communication, database or operating systems software.
