The candidate will contribute to technical support and server administration tasks within the MDH IT environment, with emphasis on reliability and compliance with state IT policies.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience designing, developing, testing, implementing and maintaining software.
• Substitution options include a high school diploma with 30 college credits in IT for part of the experience.
• Alternative substitutions include a Bachelor's degree in IT plus three years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Function as a member of the IT support team for the MDH Vital Statistics Administration.
• Assist with daily IT operations, supporting and troubleshooting IT resources, systems, hardware and software, and completing tickets.
• Provide technical support, system administration, and maintain the integrity and security of OET IT assets.
