Job summary

Eastern Companies in Johns Creek, GA is seeking an IT Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for 200+ users, resolving Tier 1 issues and handling onboarding/offboarding.

You will manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive), Entra ID/AD, Intune, and PowerShell automation, while escalating complex problems to the MSP and maintaining IT knowledge bases.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on IT support experience in a business environment.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive).
• Hands-on experience with Entra ID or Active Directory: user provisioning, group management, password and MFA support.
• Experience with Intune or another MDM platform, including device enrollment and policy assignment.
• Comfortable running and modifying PowerShell scripts for Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication - you'll be working with users at every technical level.
• Ability to work on-site at our Georgia office daily.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for IT support requests across 200+ users.
• Resolve Tier 1 issues: password resets, account lockouts, Outlook/Teams troubleshooting, OneDrive/SharePoint access, printers.
• Handle Tier 2 work: Intune policy adjustments, SharePoint permissions, Power Automate maintenance, Entra ID management, mailbox changes.
• Escalate complex issues to MSP and track resolution.
• Execute onboarding and offboarding: account creation, device provisioning.
• Deploy and support iPhones and Android devices via Intune and related tools.
• Provide hands-on support for office hardware, networking, and AV equipment.
• Maintain SharePoint libraries and IT knowledge base.
• Support CMMC Level 2 compliance with MSP and external partner.
