Job summary
Vancouver Clinic is seeking an experienced Information Systems Support Tech to join its Information Security team in Vancouver, WA. The role emphasizes PC troubleshooting, diagnostic testing, and repair, with a preference for Intune device deployment and Microsoft 365 administration.
Strong MDM and iOS troubleshooting skills are essential. The position is based at Evergreen Administration Offices with a Monday–Friday schedule and a compensation range that reflects experience and local market
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
- Experience working with technical hardware such as processors, memory, hard drives, NICs.
- A+ certification strongly preferred.
- Valid Driver's License in good standing; driving record must meet Vancouver Clinic standards.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and assist in the resolution of user reported hardware/software problems, and make repairs to computers/laptops/printers/communication connections.
- Build/deploy new PC/laptop/thin client hardware and software utilizing both approved Windows image tools and basic operating system media.
- Run basic diagnostic tests.
- Manage warranty/non-warranty service issues with third-party vendors.
