2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a Systems Support Technician II to join our IT team at the Texas Motor Speedway office in Fort Worth. You will provide hands-on technical support across Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, VPN, and networking in a diverse enterprise environment.

This in-office role runs Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional after-hours or weekend support. You will troubleshoot hardware, deploy devices, manage AD/Entra ID, and contribute to IT deployments and

Qualifications

3–5 years IT support or desktop support experience.
Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications.
Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID; Intune a plus.
Experience supporting Android and iOS devices; basic networking.

Responsibilities

Provide professional technical support for employees.
Troubleshoot Windows laptop/desktop hardware and software issues.
Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Office).
Prepare, configure, deploy, and replace Windows computers and mobile devices.
Manage devices with Intune and Active Directory/Entra ID; assist with VPN issues.
Assist with IT deployments, hardware refreshes, and documentation.
