2020 Companies is seeking a Systems Support Technician II to join our IT team in Southlake, TX. This in‑office role focuses on hands‑on technical support across Windows and cloud environments, including Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in IT support, strong Windows troubleshooting skills, and experience with AD/Entra ID and Intune. You’ll work with modern devices, contribute to deployments, and assist with IT projects in a permanent, in‑office setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years IT support, desktop support, or systems support experience.
• Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Microsoft Intune experience preferred.
• Experience supporting Android and iOS devices.
• Basic networking troubleshooting: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi, VPNs.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, printers, and peripherals.
• Strong customer service and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional technical support for employees.
• Troubleshoot Windows laptop and desktop hardware and software issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Office.
• Configure and deploy Windows computers and mobile devices and peripherals.
• Support devices managed through Microsoft Intune.
• Manage Active Directory user accounts and security groups.
• Troubleshoot VPN, Wi‑Fi, internet, printers, and connectivity issues.
• Support remote employees using remote access tools and VPN.
• Assist with IT deployments and hardware refreshes.
• Escalate complex issues when needed.
