Qualifications

• Experience managing Active Directory including user accounts and group policies.
• Experience with end-user support.

• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Printer troubleshooting skills are a plus.
• A+ or similar is a plus.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain networked computers (Windows 10) including updates, upgrades, and new employee onboarding.
• Assist with server administration (Windows Server 2016) including Active Directory, group policies, backups, user management, software deployment.
• Microsoft 365 administration including Azure Active Directory in a hybrid environment.
• Maintain vendor relations.
• Provide printer management and maintenance.
• Provide help desk support to employees as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
