Job summary

Agital, a modern marketing collective, is seeking an on-site IT Support Specialist in St. Louis, MO. You will act as the first contact for end-user IT requests, supporting both Mac and PC environments and a 100% remote workforce.

Reporting to the IT Director, you will help manage Microsoft 365 and Google Drive, onboarding/offboarding, and asset lifecycles. Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years in tech support, strong customer service, and familiarity with ticketing systems and networking basics.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in a technology-based customer support or help desk role.
• Hands-on experience supporting Mac (macOS) and PC (Windows) environments, including deployment and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Working knowledge of Google Drive and Google Workspace tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support requests via ticketing system, email, phone, or chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues on Mac and PC.
• Assist with setup, imaging, and deployment of new employee devices.
• Execute onboarding, offboarding, and hardware refresh cycles.
• Coordinate logistics for hardware, including shipping, tracking, and refurbishing devices.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle including procurement, inventory, and disposal.
• Administer end-user accounts within Microsoft 365 and Google Drive.
• Maintain records in the IT asset management system.
• Document common issues and resolutions for the knowledge base.
• Escalate complex issues to IT Systems Administrator as needed.
• Support ad hoc IT projects and initiatives.
