Job summary

Intermountain Health in Provo, Utah, seeks an IT Support role to provide timely desktop, network, and software assistance to caregivers and staff on-site. You will coordinate with vendors and DTS teams, document resolutions, and help maintain knowledge bases while delivering customer-focused support in a fast-paced health care environment.

The position requires 2 years of related IT support experience (preferred Bachelor’s in Information Systems) and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

Requires 2 years of related IT support experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems preferred.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+ and Microsoft credentials are a plus.
Strong ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Resolve typical computer issues and document resolutions in ITIL ticketing system.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues.
Keep users informed of system changes (software/hardware upgrades, downtime).
Assist in setup and implementation of desktop systems (hardware, software, network).
Support adherence to enterprise security policies and compliance.
