Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Windows Desktop and server operating systems.
• Experience with Windows Active Directory/Azure (User Management/Administration/Group Policy).
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365/Mail services and Exchange Server.
• Understanding of TCP/IP services such as HTTP, FTP, DNS, and DHCP.
• 2–3 years of relevant technical and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides on-site and/or remote end user support.
• Acts as a primary escalation point from Tier 2 service desk.
• Communicates effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Uses tools to research solutions and assist clients.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving instincts and independent work.
• Maintains knowledge of systems used in call center environments.
