Port Corpus Christi Authority (PCCA) is seeking a proactive Systems Support Specialist to join our IT team. The role supports staff by provisioning, installing, configuring, operating, and maintaining systems hardware/software and related infrastructure.

You will assist the IT Operations Supervisor and help sustain high service levels. Essential tasks include incident resolution, Active Directory management, policy troubleshooting, and user training.

Formación

• Minimum two years formal education from an accredited college or university.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical major preferred.
• Ability to obtain TWIC credential during course of employment.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• A+ or Security+ certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve Level 1/2 incidents and fulfill service requests with strong customer service.
• Manage Active Directory onboarding/offboarding and group policy.
• Install and configure software and hardware; maintain IT assets.
• Train end-users and provide end-user support.
• Document fixes and procedures for IT operations.
• Perform duties including occasional off-hours work and driving as needed.
