Job summary

Port Corpus Christi Authority (PCCA) is seeking a dynamic IT professional to support systems hardware/software and infrastructure. You will handle Level 1/2 incidents, manage Active Directory, and install and configure software/hardware while coordinating with the IT Operations Supervisor.

The role requires a strong customer-service mindset, the ability to train end users, and a track record of IT asset management. A+ and Security+ are preferred; TWIC may be pursued within the year.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years with Active Directory, Windows OS, Office, remote client access utilities, WAN, LAN, wireless, VPN
• Proven desktop administration and SQL database experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred
• A+ and Security+ certifications preferred
• Ability to obtain TWIC credential during employment
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Resolve Level 1/2 incidents and service requests for end users within SLAs
• Maintain Active Directory onboarding/offboarding and account management
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software; document procedures
• Provide guidance and lead staff; train end users
• Track IT assets and maintain documentation
