Job summary

Regional One Health Information Technology department is seeking an IT professional to support infrastructure systems, monitor performance, and coordinate installation and configuration of hardware and software. The role emphasizes liaison with hospital staff and contractors to maintain IT services.

The position requires an Associate's degree or equivalent, and 4+ years in a technical support or operations center role, with day shifts and full-time hours at the Memphis facility.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience in computer science, information system or related field.
• Work Experience: At least 4 years experience; Four (4) – Five (5) years experience in a technical support or operations center support role.

Responsibilities

• Assists in coordinating the daily operations and activities to effectively support IT infrastructure systems and services.
• Organizes, prioritizes and handles administrative matters and ensures that activities/projects are implemented as required.
• Acts as liaison to coordinate and implement IT systems and services, contract maintenance and repair service.
• Resolves operational problems/issues.
• Keeps Director informed of any issues/concerns which require intervention.
