Job summary

You will coordinate daily operations, work with IT staff and vendors, contribute to disaster recovery planning, and prepare operational reports while adhering to HIPAA and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems or related field.
• 4+ years experience in a technical support or operations center role.
• Ability to plan and participate in disaster recovery exercises.

Responsibilities

• Monitor servers and manage performance.
• Coordinate IT systems/services with staff and contractors; resolve issues and escalate when needed.
• Assist in development of downtime/recovery procedures and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain reports, logs and files for operational and compliance purposes.
