Job summary

Traylor Bros., Inc. is seeking an IT Specialist to maintain hardware, software, servers, networks, and user systems. The role ensures resources operate securely and reliably and serves as escalation point for IT Helpdesk Analysts.

You will handle Windows and macOS administration, Active Directory, network configurations, VPNs, backups, and participate in new technology rollouts. Strong problem solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS (preferred but not required).
• 1–5+ years of IT support or sysadmin experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage operating systems (Windows/macOS) and enterprise applications.
• Administer user accounts and group policies (Active Directory).
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability of IT resources.
• Support LAN/WAN configurations, VPNs, and AV systems.
• Assist with IT infrastructure upgrades and documentation.
