Interior Federal Credit Union seeks an IT Specialist to maintain its technology infrastructure and support employees in a fast-paced environment. This full-time role focuses on providing technical assistance, deploying hardware and software, and ensuring secure, reliable IT operations.

You will collaborate on IT projects, manage vendor relationships, assist with cybersecurity and disaster recovery, and participate in onboarding and offboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent certifications.
• 1–3 years IT support, systems administration, or related experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, organizational, and technology support skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for computers, printers, networks, and other technology systems.
• Deploy equipment, manage inventory, and coordinate upgrades.
• Support IT projects, cybersecurity initiatives, and disaster recovery efforts.
• Manage IT vendors, system access, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Monitor system performance and assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
