Third Coast Services LLC in Magnolia, TX seeks an IT Administrator to maintain and secure the company’s technology. You will install and troubleshoot computers, manage Microsoft 365, and administer networks, backups, and security controls.

The role includes onboarding staff, supporting business applications, and coordinating with vendors. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential for daily operations.

Formación

• Active Directory user management experience.
• Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Network admin skills: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• VPN configuration and troubleshooting.
• MFA/2FA setup and maintenance.
• Firewall, switches, and wireless network management.
• Cybersecurity and endpoint protection knowledge.
• Email security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) implementation.
• Data backups and disaster recovery planning.
• Windows OS deployment and software rollout.
• Remote access and remote support tooling.
• IT asset and software license management.
• Cloud services and identity management experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant IT education or certifications preferred

Responsabilidades

• Maintain, secure, and support the company's technology infrastructure, systems, and applications.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, software, OS, and network.
• Manage company networks, firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
• Administer user accounts, email systems, licenses, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Monitor system activity, controls, and protect company data.
• Monitor data backups, perform restorations, and support DR planning.
• Maintain and troubleshoot business applications and licenses.
• Track hardware, licenses, warranties, and replacements.
• Provide technical assistance to employees and coordinate with vendors.
• Set up employee accounts, equipment, system access, and staff training.
• Maintain IT procedures, system documentation, and user guides.
• Maintain website content, functionality, and updates.
• Coordinate technology upgrades and evaluate new solutions.
