Kings III, based in Coppell, TX, is seeking an IT Systems & Network Administrator to maintain and secure a high-availability IT stack supporting a critical 24x7 emergency communications environment. You’ll work hands-on across servers, networks, Microsoft 365, identity, backups, telecom, and endpoints within a small, close-knit IT team.

You will own projects from planning through go-live, troubleshoot escalated issues, and serve as the go-to person for systems you operate.

Competenze

• 3+ years administering servers, networks, identity, Microsoft 365, and security tooling.
• Hands-on with virtualized server environments (VMware or Hyper‑V).
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Mansioni

• Implement, maintain, and secure physical and virtual servers in Microsoft on-premises and cloud environments.
• Administer networks including switches, firewalls, wireless, SANs, and monitoring platforms.
• Support Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID) in a hybrid environment.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services and integrated applications.
• Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity systems.
• Support SIP-based telecom platforms and related infrastructure.
• Secure and manage endpoints and mobile devices using MDM and security tooling.
• Support security operations, incident response, and evidence collection for SOC 2 controls across access management, change management, and monitoring.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
