Job summary

Princeton TMX, LLC seeks an IT Specialist to own internal IT operations and act as Tier 2 support for our product. You will manage hardware provisioning, employee support, software administration, and security tooling, including onboarding and offboarding processes.

The role covers collaboration with vendors and-Upskilling to ensure data integrity, patch management, and incident response. A proactive communicator thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT support or administration experience.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS devices and peripherals.
• Familiarity with networking (firewalls, switches) and VOIP.
• Ability to run basic SQL queries for issue investigation.
• Understanding of integrations, EDI, or APIs and data flows.
• Experience with Zoho or similar CRM/support platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own IT operations and asset management for the company.
• Provide Tier 2 product support escalations and handoffs.
• Procure and manage hardware, software licenses, and vendor relations.
• Onboard/offboard employees: setup accounts and deprovision.
• Administer core software and security tools (Google Workspace, Zoho, CrowdStrike, KnowBe4).
• Maintain security posture and support SOC 2/compliance activities.
• Document processes and ensure data integrity across systems.
