Job summary

GBQ Holdings LLC is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to ensure efficient operation of all IT systems, including servers, networking, storage, and cloud services. The role covers Help Desk support, scripting, and documentation for software and hardware rollouts.

The position requires strong Windows/Office365 proficiency, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra, and backup solutions, with a focus on security and reliability across on-site and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Combination of education and work experience in the systems administrator, network administrator, and/or technical support positions.
• Must be proficient with Windows desktop operating systems and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and OneNote).
• Focused experience with Active Directory and Group Policy Objects; Azure AD/Entra; Azure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure; Backup Solutions (Veeam); Cloud hosting systems; Dell hardware; PR TG, VOIP, SharePoint Online, PowerShell scripting; Microsoft Office365; Windows Server; Networking hardware; Windows Autopilot.

Responsibilities

• Primary support for servers (physical & virtual) and networking equipment (LAN/WAN/WLAN).
• Maintain and secure GBQ’s IT environment including backups, cloud services, and data storage.
• Support the Help Desk and user issues; document and train for new software/hardware rollouts.
• Script automation with PowerShell and Power Automate; maintain VOIP system.
• Collaborate with IT team to deliver IT solutions and improve procedures.
