Chamonix Casino & Hotel in Cripple Creek, CO seeks an experienced MIS/IT professional to assist with network administration, hardware/software review, and guest services support. You will work under IT Management to maintain and improve services.

Requires 5+ years MIS experience and 2+ years of help desk or desktop support; certifications are preferred. Starting pay is $25.00+ per hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years MIS experience.
• 2+ years in a help desk or related support role.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+/ITF+/MTA/Google IT Support/IBM IT Support/ITIL 4 Foundation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with network administration, hardware and software review, purchase, support and installation, and telecommunication systems support.
• Assist IT staff with desktop setups, configurations, and ongoing usability of devices and software.
• Maintain up-to-date manuals and documentation.
