QUALIFICATIONS:
Five (5) or more years of recent and related management information systems experience. Two (2) or more years of providing support as a Level 1- Help Desk, Windows Server Administrator, Desktop Support, or Systems Administrator providing End User Support and Customer Service. Relevant education/certifications to be considered instead of on-the-job experience. One or more of the following is strongly preferred but not required: Comp TIA, A+, Network+, ITF+, Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA), Google IT Support, IBM IT Support, or ITIL 4 Foundation.
