Job summary

Qualifications

• IT associate-level knowledge as described in the Class Specification.

• Experience collaborating with multiple internal and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the Division's LAN statewide as the local administrator.
• Coordinate and enforce network standards; assist WAN engineers with troubleshooting.
• Provide daily operational IT support for all Division offices statewide.
• Participate in automation activities and statewide IT initiatives as assigned.
