Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability of IT resources.
• Assist with IT infrastructure upgrades and new technology rollouts.
• Support patch management and software deployment.
