Job summary

Wi-Tronix is seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist to be the first line of support for end users in Bolingbrook, IL. You will manage Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, MFA, VPN, and conference room A/V; image and deploy devices; onboarding/offboarding to keep systems secure and ready for new hires.

You will partner with IT and DevOps on patching, server maintenance, and company-wide meetings where reliability matters and issues must be resolved on the first attempt.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate IT support experience with ITSM ticketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent hands-on background required.
• Strong experience with Windows 10/11 imaging, deployment and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, AD, Intune, MFA, VPN, and AV systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support for Windows 10/11, M365, AD, Intune, MFA, VPN, and conference room A/V.
• Image and deploy devices; manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Partner with IT and DevOps on patching, server maintenance, and enterprise meetings.
• Communicate clearly with non-technical users and troubleshoot efficiently.
