Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supports LAN/WAN hardware and software to keep systems operational.
• Provides and manages backups to maintain data integrity and security.
• Assists with disaster recovery planning, security, antivirus, and firewall measures.
• Maintains databases and documentation for equipment, software, and warranties.
• Troubleshoots end-user problems and tests solutions for correctness.
• Installs and tests servers, network gear, and peripherals.
