Job summary

East Texas Professional Credit Union is seeking a Network Administrator to manage and secure the organization’s network infrastructure in Longview, TX. This role includes user access control, server maintenance, and providing technical support to staff.

You will install, update, and monitor software, ensure data backups, and collaborate with vendors to keep systems up-to-date. A strong focus on reliability, security, and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field or equivalent experience is required.
• Microsoft Azure, MCSA, CCNA, or related certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of network operations and related hardware/software.
• Experience with Windows Server environments including AD, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange.

Responsibilities

• Grant network access and manage user accounts and rights.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware and software.
• Provide end-user technical support and training as needed.
• Monitor network utilization and security, and back up systems.
• Maintain logs and assist with vendor coordination.
