Job summary

Cauridor is seeking an IT Manager to strengthen and scale the company's IT infrastructure as it grows, overseeing IT operations, device management, security, and employee tech support while establishing a formal IT function.

This build-and-own role requires setting standards, building processes across onboarding/offboarding, vendor governance, and cross-border IT governance; leadership may follow as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT security.
• Hands-on experience with MDM tools and endpoint security.
• Strong knowledge of access control, VPN, and account security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own device lifecycle management from procurement to retirement across a distributed workforce.
• Administer identity and access systems, including SSO, MFA, and RBAC; manage access reviews.
• Design and enforce security policies; manage devices, VPNs, and security tools across markets.
