University of Washington Athletics IT Operations Department is seeking an Intermittent Computer Support Analyst 2 to maintain software/hardware, provide helpdesk support for 250+ desktops, and assist with live-event technology coordination across venues. The role involves on-site and remote support, training, and collaboration with IT teams.

The position reports to the Director of Systems Operations and contributes to efficient operations for UW athletics and events.

Qualifications

• Three years of programming or computer support experience.
• Or one year of experience as a Computer Support Analyst 1.
• Thorough knowledge of service desk management and customer service.
• Competent level of Windows 95 through Windows 10.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote helpdesk support for 250+ desktops and laptops.
• Maintain and troubleshoot software/hardware across venues and events.
• Configure and maintain Active Directory, SharePoint, MS Exchange, and IPTV systems.
• Install, image, and configure workstations; manage asset records and documentation.
• Support live events with coordination of UW Athletics communications and broadcasting teams.
