Job summary

University of Washington in Seattle seeks a Computer Support Analyst 2 to maintain software/hardware for operations, venues and events. The role requires on-site support for 250+ devices and live events with overtime availability.

The team supports UW Athletics, video/broadcast, and ticketing systems, delivering Tier 1/2 help desk and system administration across AD, Exchange, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Three years of programming and/or computer support experience OR one year as Computer Support Analyst I.
• Thorough knowledge of service desk management and customer service.
• Competent knowledge of Windows 95 through Windows 10.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with facilities and event ops to support business operations and events; provide Tier 1/2 help desk.
• Maintain Active Directory, SharePoint, MS Exchange, and Propriety apps; manage IPTV software/hardware.
• Provide programming support for internal data systems and manage hardware/software inventory.
• Support game-day A/V, network connectivity for venues, and broadcast coordination.
• Support internal servers, ticketing and donor systems; apply software patches and access controls.
• Oversee asset replacement planning and coordinate with vendors for service contractors.
