Pilot is seeking an IT Operations professional to own day-to-day IT for the San Francisco office and provide hybrid support for a growing, AI-forward team. You’ll manage Okta, MDM, Google Workspace, and a suite of SaaS tools while collaborating with Security, Legal, People, and exec teams.

We value hands-on experience with AV, networking, SOC 2 controls, and a people-centric approach. This in-office role anchors IT across SF and our hybrid workforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT with leadership or sole admin at a SaaS or hybrid workforce
• Hands-on Okta experience including Workflows and authentications
• AI-enabled approach to IT operations and tools
• Experience managing Macs with MDM; basic Windows knowledge
• Comfort owning AV, conference rooms, events end to end
• Familiar with SOC 2 / ISO27001 controls and compliance platforms like Drata/Vanta
• People-focused, patient, and collaborative; SF office requirement

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day IT for the SF office and remote support
• Administer Okta app integrations, SSO policies, and lifecycle automation
• Manage Mac/Windows fleets via Kandji/Iru and Intune, including zero-touch deployment
• Administer Google Workspace and SaaS tools (Slack, Zoom, GitHub, Dropbox)
• Own conference room and AV support (Zoom Rooms, displays)
• Support InfoSec program with SOC2 evidence and audits
• Support enterprise AI stack permissions and connectors for AI tools
• Assist office networking (Wi-Fi, firewall/VPN, DNS) and maintain assets/runbooks
