Job summary

Iceberg in San Francisco is hiring an IT Systems Engineer to scale and secure our internal technology environment. You will own core IT systems, identity management, endpoint administration, and automation to support a fast-growing global workforce.

You'll automate onboarding/offboarding, develop scripts (Python preferred), and contribute to security initiatives while delivering high-quality technical support across the organization. This role offers ownership and visibility from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace and macOS environments
• SaaS administration and endpoint management understanding

The Opportunity

As part of a lean and highly collaborative Technology Operations team, you'll play a critical role in supporting a fast-scaling global workforce while helping drive automation, security and operational excellence across the business.

You’ll take ownership of core IT systems, identity management, endpoint administration and process automation, helping build the foundations required to support the next phase of growth.

This role would suit someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and leveraging technology to create scalable solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing identity and access lifecycle processes through Okta
• Administering and optimising core SaaS platforms, including Google Workspace
• Owning Mac endpoint management through Jamf
• Automating onboarding and offboarding processes
• Providing high-quality technical support across the organisation
• Developing scripts and automations (Python preferred) to improve efficiency and user experience
