Job summary

Forever, Inc. is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to support staff and volunteers across multiple platforms. You will help maintain IT infrastructure, manage user accounts, and oversee hardware deployment within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of Active Directory/Azure Active Directory/Exchange Online concepts and administration.
• Windows Servers 2008/2012/2016 administration.
• Networking basics: DNS, DHCP, File/Print services, Email.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
• Experience with MacOS/iOS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support across staff and volunteers.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding via Azure AD/AD and Exchange Online.
• Configure and distribute hardware and software; recommend hardware specs.
• Maintain inventory and records for hardware, servers, network gear.
• Manage VMware and Azure-based VMs, switches and firewalls; backups and DR.
• Troubleshoot network and system issues and ensure security and availability.
• Document processes and provide training to staff.
