Foundever is seeking a Site System Support professional to lead the site’s IT operations, ensure uptime, manage servers, and secure data across LAN/WAN. The role involves hands-on maintenance, backup procedures, user account setup, and collaboration with end users and departments to keep systems running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in an enterprise environment, strong Windows Server experience, MCSE preferred, and proven ability to mentor junior staff while delivering reliable IT

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or MIS or equivalent work experience.
• MCSE preferred for advanced server skills.
• Experience with enterprise-scale Windows environments and networked systems.

Responsibilities

• Technical manager for the site and fully responsible for its functionality, maintenance, software applications, hardware and data security/recovery.
• Hands-on role maintaining LAN/WAN, internet connection, and network devices.
• Maintain network hardware/software and configure/upgrade site servers.
• Monitor and perform data backups and recovery processes.
