Job summary

We Level Up is seeking an IT Associate to install or upgrade components, set up software, and assist with network administration. The role involves resolving IT issues, supporting IT processes, and helping maintain secure information systems.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and a degree in computer science or related field is preferred. Responsibilities include account setup, equipment provisioning, and implementing security best practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two (2+) years’ experience in Information Technology.

Responsibilities

• Install or upgrade components and set up software.
• Set up accounts, logins, passwords for employees.
• Assist with network administration tasks and IT support.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and monitor security for information systems.
• Develop and document IT policies, protocols, and procedures.
