Job summary

SCAN, Inc. seeks an IT Support Specialist to maintain PCs, install hardware and software, and support the IS helpdesk. You will manage inventory, devices, and user accounts, plus train staff on SCAN processes, TV carts and room TVs.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting PC and cell phone issues, supporting end users, and assisting with server management as needed. Requires strong customer service and confidentiality handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; IT certification is a plus.
• Minimum two years’ experience in information systems environment.
• Ability to diagnose, solve and fix technical issues; train users.

Responsibilities

• Administers Help Desk and provides frontline user support.
• Diagnoses and repairs PC and cell phone issues; trains users.
• Maintains equipment inventory; purchases and assigns devices.
• Manages Active Directory objects and user enrollments in apps.
• Trains users on SCAN processes, tools, TV Cart, and TV rooms.
• Supports end users, printer setups, and printer maintenance.
