Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Three years of enterprise engineering/cloud/systems experience.
• Certifications relevant to Azure/AWS/VMware/M365 or CCaaS are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage cloud-based voice, IVR, and omnichannel routing solutions.
• Lead upgrades, migrations, and integrations with minimal downtime.
• Provide troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and security/compliance guidance across multiple platforms.
